No need for fillers or painting. Pro-Touch use various specialised tools and glues to return the dent back to pre damage condition. Depending on the severity of the dent or its location on the vehicle depends on the technique required to bring the dent out.

MAINTAIN value

A bodyshop repair involves sanding, cutting, masking and spraying new paint. This is hit and miss as to the quality of finish. With PDR, we only massage the dent back out, retaining the original paint and the repair will be completely invisible when completed.

TIME efficient

An average dent takes around 90 minutes to repair from the point the vehicle arrives at out unit. The same dent at a bodyshop could take 48hrs and the finish would still not be as good as a PDR repaired dent.

How long does the repair process take?
The timeframe for repairs depends on the extent of the damage. One of our friendly staff members will advise you when your car is assessed how long your repairs may take.
How much will it cost?
Every dent is different and the price takes many factors into consideration ie the location, the severity, the strength of the metal and how long to do it. Please pop down to the unit for a FREE assessment where as we can provide an accurate price to repair your damage.
Will PDR cause any damage to existing paintwork?
Not at all. The quality of automotive paint used in today's cars is much more flexible and longer lasting than in older vehicles and this enables the PDR process to be extremely effective in repairing cars which have not sustained broken or overly creased dents or panel damage.

Can I repair the dent myself?
We highly recommend leaving this to the experts. Attempting to repair a dent yourself can damage the panel further rendering it potentially un repairable for PDR and adding to the cost.
Do you have to remove my door trim to get to a dent?
Not usually. Every dent is different and we have to take several factors into consideration when we decide on the method and tools used to remove it. Wherever possible we take a non-destructive approach to remove a dent, otherwise we take the utmost care to maintain the integrity and quality of your vehicle – that’s the whole point of the process after all!
What size dents can be repaired?

Introduced and taught the art of dent repair from his now retired father-in-law. Jason trained and qualified with the leaders in PDR and since worked full time along side PDR-IW as Pro-Touch. To begin with Pro-Touch solely offered a mobile service but then secured a premises on Lake Industrial Estate offering customers the chance to call in with damage to discuss.
